The death of an obese colleague pushes a shaken Ted to throw the family into a rigorous diet and fitness regimen that nearly kills them.

This episode is unique in that only the Lawsons are featured. Not even Harriet appears! Notable is watching Vicki as a pushy pixie drill instructor and her hypochondriac bit.
